WHAT WE USE TO MAKE OUR BOARDS

HEMP SHIVES

Hemp hurds are a renewable, lightweight, and biodegradable material derived from the hemp plant. Its strength makes it suitable for insulation, composite materials, and acoustic panels.
HARDWOOD SAWDUST

Sawdust is a low-cost and lightweight material that is abundant and offers excellent insulation properties.
PINE SHAVINGS

Pine shavings are a byproduct of various wood workshops, making them easily accessible. Utilizing them as an aggregate provides excellent insulation properties.
OFFICE WASTE

Office paper is a recyclable and versatile material that can be used for unique spaces and features. It holds good insulation properties and lightweight features which allow it to be utilised for acoustic panels.
SUGARCANE BAGASSE

Sugarcane bagasse is a renewable, biodegradable, and cost-effective material widely used in the interior construction industry. Its lightweight and high strength make it suitable for furniture and wall panel insulation.
CARDBOARD

Cardboard is a low-cost, lightweight, and recyclable material that makes up the core of Zeoform Technology.
LANTANA CHIPS

Lantana is an eco-friendly material made from an invasive plant species that is renewable, biodegradable, and most interestingly, termite resistant. It makes up an exciting material for Zeoboards.
